While we often think of creativity as an event or a natural talent that some people have and others do not. For entrepreneurs, being creative can definitely be learned.
Many entrepreneurs have started with their creativity which later on bloomed into a thriving business. Most, if not all, have followed these guidelines:
- Determine What You’re Good At – List down the things that you master. It can be something you’re really good at or even have a teeny tiny bit of idea. Remember, your ideas do not have to be artistic in order to be considered creative. It only needs to draw on your knowledge or skill set.
- Define How You Can Earn – Understand how your “creation” can bring food to the table. How will you be selling it?
- Conduct a Market Research – Determine whether or not there are people who are ready, willing, and able to buy, as well as who these people are.
- Make a Business Plan – Describe your core business activities, objectives, and strategies for achieving them. An executive summary, products and services, marketing strategy and analysis, financial planning, and a budget are all essential components of a good business plan.
